“I'm on a week's holiday based in Tiblisi, Georgia. I feel like I've exhausted Tiblisi. The option of a day trip to Armenia popped up. So why not?! Quite an eye opener, some ex Soviet remnants, rugged scenery, earthquake damage, monestaries, MIG 21 and an excellent Armenian meal”

She is so friendly which will make you comfortable. Transportation was comfortable, the schedule was well managed, thanks to our driver Mr. Edgard. The destinations were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. It was joined a group tour, but no one else came. The tour operator still proceeded with the tour, which I truly appreciated.”

Ropeway views, monastery stops, and Lake Sevan with a trout BBQ treat, all in an air-conditioned group tour from Yerevan.

“Knowledgeable and friendly guide, did the tour in English and Russian. Enough time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. Great coach and driver with heating and WiFi. Food very good, circa 4000 for everything on the table plus a main meal. Only downside for me was the ropeway only going 1/3 up the mountain rather than the top, and I think it should be advertised as such (n.b. To go to the top would be tight on the timescale, and incur extra fees). All that said, a fair package/price, and whole trip lasted 7.5 hours so back in time for the theatre.”

“Well organised tour, informed und knowledgable guide, good programme, modern bus and free wifi. But sometimes it felt that the Russian participants got quite more information and funny anecdotes, the English just the must haves. That was sad. And nobody cared that more than half of the group wasn’t wearing face masks. Hey, it’s COVID, also in Armenia :(”

Tandem paragliding near Yerevan with an expert pilot, early minivan pickup, GoPro included, and big views from 2,000-2,800 m.

“Originally, I was wholly prepared to give this experience a very negative review…the Viator info says „20min flight“ and a „6am departure“…in reality, the pick up was at 3:30am and we were only back in the city by noon. I probably never would have signed up knowing this, as I only got back to my hotel around 11:30pm the night before. I also felt super uncomfortable, taking a cab at 3 in the morning, as a lone female traveler, to the departure site, which looked like just some dark corner of the city, not the head office or anything. You also have to be prepared to wait for a long…”
